Here’s a guide on configuring and personalizing invoices in TallyPrime:

1. Access Invoice Printing Configuration:

Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info. > Voucher Types > Alter.
Select the Sales voucher type.
Press F12 (Configure).
Choose Personalised Invoice.

2. Design and Layout:

1. Company Logo:

Enable Show Company Logo.
Select the logo file from your computer.

2. Headers and Footers:

Add custom text for headers and footers.
Include invoice number, date, payment terms, etc.

3. Fonts and Styles:

Adjust font size, style, and color as needed.

4. Content Arrangement:

Rearrange invoice elements (company details, customer details, items, payment details, etc.) using drag-and-drop.

5. Additional Information:

Include GSTIN, PAN, terms and conditions, disclaimers, etc.

6. Multiple Views:

Create different invoice views for different purposes (e.g., customer copy, internal copy).

3. Print Configuration:

Enable Company Logo: Check this box to include your logo on printed invoices.
Show Bank Details: Choose whether to display bank details.
Show Party Ledger Details: Select whether to show party ledger details.
Show Narration: Indicate whether to include narrations.
Print Terms and Conditions: Decide whether to print terms and conditions.
Print Invoice Notes: Choose whether to print invoice notes.

4. Preview and Save:

Preview: Use Alt+P (Print) > I (Preview) to view the customized invoice before printing.
Save: Press Ctrl+A to save the changes.

Invoice Series: Use different invoice series for different business units or purposes.
