1. Accessing the Balance Sheet:
- Method 1:
- Press
Alt+G
(Go To) - Type or select “Balance Sheet”
- Press Enter

- Go to Gateway of Tally > Balance Sheet
2. Viewing the Balance Sheet:
- By default, the Balance Sheet displays horizontally with liabilities on the left and assets on the right.
- For a vertical view (Source and Application of funds), press
Ctrl+H
(Change View) and select “Vertical.”
3. Detailed View:
- Press
Alt+F1
(Detailed) to view a more detailed breakdown of each account. - Double-click on any account to drill down further into its details.
4. Analyzing the Balance Sheet:
- Key Ratios:
- TallyPrime automatically calculates key financial ratios like Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, and more.
View them under “Ratio Analysis” (Gateway of Tally > Ratio Analysis).
